How to return an item

  • Please package the item being returned with all included items it was originally shipped.
  • Package the item in a manner that it shouldn’t get damaged during shipping.
  • Include a copy of your original packing slip, and fill out the "Return Form" in print.
  • Specify clearly in print the reason you are returning/exchanging the the item.
  • For your protection insure the package and ship regular shipping via a traceable method.
